By 1990, she honed her skills at the renowned Wilton School of Cake Decorating in Chicago, earning a Master’s Certificate in cake decorating, gumpaste, and pulled sugar under the guidance of industry legends Sandy Folsom, Susan Matusiak, and Wesley Wilton.
Cynthia didn't stop there; in October 2000, she completed the "Beyond Masters" program at the same prestigious institution, where she joined the ranks of skilled decorators like Colette Peters. Additionally, her graduation from the esteemed Shelton-White School of Floral Design in Memphis, TN, in 1999 enriched her understanding of fresh flower arrangements, adding yet another layer of expertise to her craft.
