Cynthia Ebrom, MSDI, Cake Designer/Artist, Owner
Began (self-taught) cake decorating in 1983; moved onto more advanced work in 1990 by graduating from the Wilton School of cake decorating in Chicago with a Masters Certificate in cake decorating, gumpaste, and pulled sugar under Sandy Folsom, Susan Matusiak, & Wesley Wilton. She also completed "Beyond Masters" in October 2000 at the same school with Colette Peters of New York City.
To better understand fresh flower arrangements, Cynthia graduated from the prestigious Shelton-White School of Floral Design in Memphis, Tenn. in 1999 under instructors, Frankie Shelton and Sandy White.
Cynthia specializes in unique and recreated cake art using American and foreign methods of decorating. Her motto: "If there is a will, there is a way!"

Apprenticed from the age of 5, grew from helping Mom in the kitchen to creating masterful designs of his own. A meticulous designer with an eye for detail, John accepts nothing less than perfection.
Susana Perez Personal Assistant, Cake Artist
Personal assistant to Cynthia. She keeps Cynthia on track. Creative in her own right, Susana is always coming up with something new and different!
